Hello small Earthlings

I am the teacher, Ms. Stellar.

I will tell you about outer space. In outer space, astronauts float.

You might see me upside down. You might see me sideways.

I am ok because I know how to float around in outer space.

Here, I will show you more about planets, moons and the Sun that are in outer space.

Earth is a planet.

Earth is a planet because it goes around the Sun.

Earth has a moon.

The Moon is not a planet. A moon goes around a planet.

There are other planets going around the Sun.

Mercury is planet number 1. It is the first planet from the Sun.

Number 2 planet is Venus. Venus is a neighbor to Earth.

You can see Venus from your house. Venus is the bright light.

Planet number 3 is us … Earth!

Where is your house on Earth?

Earth has another planet neighbor – Mars.

Mars is Planet number 4.

Mars has 2 moons.

You can see Mars from your house. Mars is a small red light.

Number 5 is the biggest planet, Jupiter.

🌜Jupiter has more than 50 moons.

Jupiter is made of clouds and storms. The Great Red Spot is the biggest storm.

Planet 6, Saturn, has huge rings that you can see with a telescope.

🌜 Saturn has more than 50 moons.

Planet 7 is Uranus.

Uranus is the sideways planet. It flies through space on its side.

🌜 Uranus has more than 20 moons.

Planet number 8 is Neptune.

Neptune is the farthest planet from the Sun. It is at the outer edge of our solar system.

🌜 Neptune has more than 10 moons.

Now you have seen how a solar system is made.
